it was the start of quarantine and i had just started reading chapter books, and I found the Riordan verse and I found the Kane Chronicles here is a quick summary of the first book.  The book starts with Carter and Sadie Kane, and their father in London where Sadie lives with their grandparents on their moms side ( side note their mom died about seven years ago i think ) after a long court battle their grandparents won custody over Sadie.Something happens and they find out that they are magicians and that Egyptian mythology is real and they are thrown into a world that they don’t know.
